A warm welcome to Bed & Breakfast De Damweg.

To create a pleasant stay for you and the other guests, the following house rules apply at B&B De Damweg:

Reservation

When making a reservation, the correct number of people who will be staying at B&B De Damweg must always be stated.

Children and babies

We love children, but the minimum age is 12+ to ensure the tranquility of our guests.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Maximum occupancy of rooms

B&B De Damweg has two rooms that can serve as standard for two persons. There is a possibility for a third and/or fourth person, but this must be stated when booking. In case of violation of the stated on the reservation form and/or maximum occupancy, B&B De Damweg will charge 100% of the then applicable overnight rate per violation, in addition to the already due accommodation costs.

Visitors

If you wish to receive guests, you must inform the host or hostess in advance.

Check-in/check-out

Check-in is from 17:00 to 19:00. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability. Check-out time is 11:00. Late check-out can be arranged, subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in and register for a room.

Key management

Upon arrival, you will receive one key from the host or hostess for your accommodation. You must ensure that the doors of your accommodation are locked and that the lights are turned off. When checking out, please return the key to the host or hostess.

In case of loss of a key, B&B De Damweg will charge you €200.00.

Breakfast

If you choose breakfast, we will make sure that a fresh breakfast with local/homemade products is ready for you every morning. Breakfast is served in the dining room. The desired time is discussed the day before. In case of a double reservation, it is not possible for only one of the two guests to book breakfast.

Guaranteeing hygiene

It is not permitted to sleep on the beds in the rooms without sheets and pillowcases.

In the event that irremovable stains occur in the mattress, duvet, bedspread and decorative pillow or towels during the overnight stay, B&B De Damweg will charge the customer for the resulting cleaning costs and/or costs for replacing the materials.

Rates

The rates include gas, water, electricity, heating. The use of coffee and tea. Free use of Wifi and free parking on the premises of B&B De Damweg.

The rates do not include cancellation costs and/or other costs.

Rates of the B&B are always without obligation and are subject to interim changes. All statements on our website are deemed to have been provided in good faith and are always subject to interim adjustments. B&B De Damweg is not bound by obvious errors on its website.

Parking

You can park your car in the designated places on the premises. Parking is only permitted for the duration of your stay at B&B De Damweg. Parking on the premises at B&B De Damweg is at your own risk. B&B De Damweg is not liable for theft and/or any form of damage.

Sound

B&B De Damweg asks its guests to refrain from making noise in the accommodation they rent and the common areas. All music and any other sound - in whatever way produced - must be adjusted to the room volume, so that no noise nuisance is caused to other guests and residents and is prohibited in any case from 22:00 in the evening until 07:00 in the morning.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in the house/guesthouses of B&B De Damweg. In consultation, you can smoke on the terrace, provided that it does not bother others and safety is not compromised. The terrace must remain free of cigarette butts. The misuse of fire/extinguishing equipment or the disabling of the smoke detector is not permitted.

Alcohol and (soft) drugs

Alcohol abuse is prohibited, so enjoy, but drink in moderation. It is strictly forbidden to possess, use and/or trade drugs at B&B De Damweg. Police will always be called.

Internet

B&B De Damweg offers a WIFI guest network. The user will refrain from visiting internet websites that are unlawful in nature or that do not match the reputation of B&B De Damweg as a provider of the accommodation. In the event of detection or suspicion of nuisance to third parties and/or (other) internet abuse by the user, B&B De Damweg has the right to block access to the internet, either in whole or in part, without further notice.

Injury

B&B De Damweg is in no way liable for any form of damage, loss or theft that you have or experience during your stay at B&B De Damweg.

If during your stay any damage is caused to the accommodation or its furnishings, you must inform the host or hostess. The manager of the B&B is not liable for loss of personal property and personal injuries.
